No clue where you live, but in most US states, there are a number of options. Plan Parent Hood is one, free clinics is another.
Also if she asked her doctor for advice or help, as long as it doesn't require surgery, well the doctor can't tell her parents if she doesn't give permission. She's 17 which means that her doctors can't tell her parents everything, If she tells the doctor to keep it confidential then she has to, or risk loosing her license.
