Err.. I think you need to read a bit about the countries and politics of the world. I've never heard of suicide bombers in India, let along children being used. Are you getting it confused with a Muslim country?
Maybe you're an American? Makes your ignorance more understandable but no more excusable.

India has either the most or third most muslims of any country in the world.
didn't one of them outfits that spend their time bitching about the Kashmir blow up a bunch of suicide bombers in or around the Indian parliament a while back?
