I have a fairly significant physical impairment, along with being seriously prematurely born and having to undergo heart surgery at a very young age.

I only ask because the lack of a navel is typical of someone born with bladder exstrophy

first I have a fairly significant physical impairment, second I was significantly prematurely born, and third, I had to have heart surgery at a very young age, this the scarred and misshapen sternum
