If she has given up men (I know this from experience) then you will have 0 chance. I have an ex just like that. went with men, had children, but gave them up 100% and now is completely Lesbian, will only date women, has no interest in men at all anymore. So I wouldn't hold your breath and to push it, well if she's a friend, that will end, and as a flatmate she will just move out so she's not being bothered.
