I think it is hysterical that people complain when the mods pull pics of underage girls which technically are illegal in the U.S. Yet, they want crush videos pulled, which according to the Supreme Court are protected under the First Amendment.

Crush videos are not protected under the 1st amendment. Participation is a crime under the obscenity law, as is distribution, and hosting.

Yes they are, see U.S. v. Stevens. Also How can you be charged for obscenity with a crush video??? To be obscene it must be offensive sexual conduct (Miller v. California)
