@HangingFan In my experience, breathing is not required to remain conscious for a long while, but blood flow in the brain is. Depending on noose placement and weight of the hangee, the blocking of the cartoid arteries happens sooner or later. With perfect placement, pass-out happens very quick. Not too much pressure needed for that.

@HangBallou yeah, i had a girlfriend that could stay conscious for up to 20 seconds or more. She told me she could breathe a little and we used a similar rope.I thought it was because she only weighed like 95 lb. There was no information on the internet back then.

@AdamZadeh this one is also very real the drop at 08:30, the clear straightness of noose beating neck at 08:32, convulsions, bound arm flexion and unconsciousness all around 08:40 - 08:45 follows average things for real hangings, the twisted feet and eye position by 08:47 and the proper, full body abdominal breathing starting at 8:50 (fun fact, many, if not most, hanged people get some breath. It takes a lot of pressure, and young bodies are strong)

@martined17 - Yes and No. I've been to hanging/breath play domo's in reality. My best friend is a rigger that's done harness's for "hanging." That being said I've done some simple breath play with my girls in the past. I've had breath players tell me that she fully expected to die one day and he expected to serve time for manslaughter. To me, no orgasm is worth that. It's fun to watch and do to a certain point on that I agree.
