I was thinking that it takes at least 20 minutes to hang one woman. That's the best case scenario. If you work around the clock, you can hang 70 women on one noose. In reality, 60. On one gallows with six nooses, 360 women are hanged per day. The population control center should have at least 10 gallows so that the daily capacity would be 3,000-3,500 executions.

During a four-hour shift, one operator hangs 10-12 women. There must be at least 6 operators per gallows per shift. A total of 60 operators per shift. There are 6 four-hour shifts per day. The population reduction facility is serviced by 360 gallows operators and office workers. I think the total number is over 500 people.
